I love suffolk puffs!!! this is made out of fabric my cousin Irene brough back from the states years ago, . Irene gave me a pile of them, they were in panels to make waistcoats. the colours are lovely rich autumn colours. I made this into a wall hanging/message holder. I'm sure that making suffolk puffs are a stress buster I just love making them, I keep a stock of them in a wooden box the more the better. I just love em.
Welcome to sunnyside. My name is June and I live in a large victorian house with my lovely husband John we have been married for 34 years we have 4 daughters Libby 21, Jennifer 23, Jayne 29 and Clare 31, we also have a grandson olliver who is 7 and another grandchild expected in April. We are very lucky to have my mum Janet living with us. so life is quiet busy. I have always made things and trained as a dressmaker in a very old establishment in Liverpool bit like 'grace brothers'. I eventually raised my children while running my own dressmaking business. 12 years ago my working life took a different path and I have worked proactively to develop better ways for services to engage with families of disabled children, I have recently been made redundant from my job but will stay involved with the families I have met along the way.
So I have time now to totally indulge myself in crafting I've got so many interests though!!
